St Brigid’s Parish

St Brigid’s Parish is a busy & vibrant community with its church, school, playschool, and parish centre all on the one campus in Stillorgan.Under the guidance of Rev Ian Gallagher, the Parish aims to encourage people in their worship and in the formation, development and living out of their Christian faith, to promote friendship and caring in the community and wider world, and to welcome and facilitate people of all ages.

For children, Sunday School is held on the 2nd and 3rd Sunday of the month during the 11.30am service. This is an opportunity to learn Bible stories through a mixture of games, art and craft, stories, puzzles and prayer. There is also the popular and informal Sunday Evening Together (SET) service at 6pm on the first Sunday of each month. This service is usually less than 30mins and a light supper of sausages and wedges are served afterwards. All are most welcome.

There are also weekly meetings of Junior Badminton Club, Scouting (Beavers, Cubs, Scouts) and Guiding (Ladybirds, Brownies, Guides). Membership is open to everyone in the community.
